He teaches students how to harness the power of design in building innovative robots. Patrick’s expertise lies in guiding students through the design process, from concept to completion, while emphasizing the importance of creativity, precision, and problem-solving. His vision for the team is to foster a hands-on learning environment where students gain practical skills that extend beyond the robotics competition field.

Alex is a skilled instructor in automation technology, with a strong commitment to excellence. He specializes in fabrication and electrical systems, guiding students through the intricate process of building and wiring robots. With a focus on precision and quality, Alex ensures that every robot is not only functional but also robust and reliable. His dedication to excellence motivates students to push their limits and achieve their full potential in both technical skills and teamwork.

Jenny is a passionate advocate for robotics education and a dedicated coach specializing in computer science. She leads efforts in sponsor relations, community outreach, website design, and programming. With a deep love for all things robotics, Jenny is committed to helping students build their coding and problem-solving skills while strengthening connections with local businesses and organizations. Her enthusiasm drives the team to grow both technically and in their involvement with the community.

Dan brings a wealth of professional expertise to his role as mentor. As of now, he works with our Programming sub team and helps with the pit teams to refine our public speaking and presentation skills. He challenges us to articulate our problem-solving processes clearly and concisely, preparing us for success in competitions and beyond. Since 2010, he has volunteered at dozens of FRC, FTC, and FLL competitions, ensuring that students hard work and technical achievements are recognized and celebrated. Beyond technical knowledge, he challenges us to think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate to solve real-world problems. 

Zach brings deep hands-on experience to his role as mentor for Pair of Dice, having returned to the team he once was a member of as a mentor. Now working in assembly, he guides current members through the practicals of building and maintaining a competition-ready robot, pushing them to sharpen their problem-solving skills. He also teaches and trains members of Pair-a-Medic, equipping them to help other teams at competition when things don't go according to plan. Through his mentorship, he challenges us to think critically, act resourcefully, and support the broader FIRST community.
